These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the A1 Moto Lawn Service LLC website and the lawn care and landscaping services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

A1 Moto Lawn Service LLC, a Florida limited liability company, provides residential and commercial lawn care, landscaping, brush clearing, palm trimming, mulch installation, and property cleanup services in the Fort Pierce, Sebastian, Vero Beach, and surrounding Treasure Coast areas of Florida.

Service availability, scheduling, and scope are subject to agreement between you and A1 Moto Lawn Service LLC prior to commencement of work.

3. Quotes and Payment

All quotes are estimates and may be adjusted based on actual site conditions encountered during the job. We will notify you of any material changes before proceeding.

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of service agreement. All invoices are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Overdue accounts may be subject to late fees.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service appointment. Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee, depending on the scope of work already mobilized. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Ensure reasonable access to the property for service
• Remove or identify any hazards, obstacles, or items that could be damaged
• Secure pets during service
• Notify us of any underground utilities, irrigation lines, or special property conditions

A1 Moto Lawn Service LLC is not liable for damage resulting from undisclosed hazards or conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, A1 Moto Lawn Service LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services or website shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

7. Website Use

Our website and its content are provided for informational purposes. You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the site. All content on this website is owned by A1 Moto Lawn Service LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law and Disputes
